At Ward Title Insurance Agency, our commitment is to provide our clients with expeditious and professional service.   We recognize that time is of the essence when closing real estate transactions and assist our clients by providing them accurate Title Commitments and closings at their convenience. 

We understand the lending officers' obligations both to their clients as well as to the bank and we make every effort to protect both while working as a liaison with all parties in order to provide timely and professional closing services.   In addition, our closers will travel to the offices of our clients to meet their transactional requirements.   

Once a request for title insurance has been received, either by facsimile or by email, we can provide the customer with a Title Commitment within 3 business days.   Closings on these transactions can be scheduled at the parties' convenience at anytime thereafter.
